All submissions to the Health and Development Journal undergo a fair, supportive and double-blind peer-review process and our acceptance rate is about 7%. We follow the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals, issued by International Committee for Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), as well as the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) code of conduct for editors.
All authors have to sign both pages of the journal's "Ethical Statement", in the same order listed in the article, and send the signed form either by Fax or Email to the journal office. The article will not be reviewed by the editorial board unless the ethical statement has been signed by all authors and sent to the journal office beforehand.
